BTS With Fitness Queens Dom And Narah: Get Inspired
Our Elette Fit Campaign has come and gone! We joined our fitness freaks Dom and Narah at ZADI training to hear their thoughts on their shoot overall, and their fitness journeys. See what went down with our most successful campaign shoot yet!
Dominique
We loved having you as part of our Elette fit campaign, did you have fun at the shoot?
The shoot was so much fun, and for an added bonus I got my workout in during the day too!
------
What pieces from the collection do you have your eye on?
I love the red pieces! I felt super strong in them, and I can’t wait to wear them to boxing.
------
Indoor or outdoor training?
That’s a tough one - I have to say both!
------
Key tips for someone starting their workout journey?
My key tips for someone starting their fitness journey is to try out lots of different classes, until you find one you love. Exercise should be enjoyable, so it’s worth taking the time to find something that you get excited for. Another tip would be to find a workout buddy. This holds you more accountable, and is super motivating.
------
Must-have snack before a workout?
Banana with a big spoon of peanut butter!
------
Strong is SEXY! What has training done for your outlook on health and fitness?
Training is honestly my daily therapy. Exercising releases endorphins, so it is scientifically proven to make you feel happier! Since starting my health and fitness journey I have become a more positive, stronger and grounded person.
------
Treat day... what’s on the menu?
On the weekends I love to indulge! I love Italian food, so its pizza and pasta for sure.
------
What are your fitness, health, or wellbeing goals for the rest of the year?
My goals are to meditate more, improve my boxing skills and to share more of my health and fitness journey on socials to help inspire others who want to start this journey too.
