Styling The Staples
This season is MADE for you to rock your fave basics; from camis to a stellar pair of jeans - time to make cozy cute. A simple pair of jeans and a sweater can be transformed into a chic and stylish outfit with the right accessories + pieces.
To start, consider what kind of look you want to go for. Are you wanting to create a ‘fit PERF for a night out? Or are you going for a more laid-back vibe? Once you know that, you can start to plan your outfit accordingly.
If you're going for a more polished look, consider pairing your jeans with a dressier sweater or top. A blouse with a pretty print or a sweater with interesting details will elevate your look and make it more appropriate for work or a night out. To make this ‘fit a bit more dressy, we rec replacing the jeans with a slip dress to wear on top of your cozy top. For a more laid-back outfit, pair your jeans with a basic tee or tank. You can also add a denim jacket or leather jacket to this look for a bit of extra warmth.
Once you've decided on your top, it's time to accessorise. A scarf is always a good idea in autumn, as it can add both colour and warmth to your outfit. A pair of boots is also a must-have, and we say the higher the better. Don't forget to add on some feature pieces. A pair of earrings, a necklace, crossbody bags and belts are a great way to give some lines and shape back to your ‘fit, ‘cause with all of the cozy jumpers and scarves, your hot bod may get lost!
Layered Babe
Feeling the chill? Time to layer up your pieces; make yourself warmer and give yourself some new looks! By mixing and matching different pieces, you can create an outfit that's both stylish and practical.
When layering your clothing, it's important to start with the right foundation. A basic tee or tank is always a good choice, as it can be easily layered under other pieces. From there, you can add a cardigan, sweater, or jacket. For bottoms, we recommend some thermal tights under your skirts - why stick to only jeans? You could also try to wear some patterned tights under your ripped jeans or skirts for a touch of fun.
Once you have your foundation and main layers in place, you can start to accessorise. A pair of earrings or a necklace is all your ‘fit needs to reach that NEXT LEVEL. And don't forget about your shoes! A pair of boots is essential for the cold, time to get those knee-highs you’ve been eyeing girl.
